My Training

I graduated with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Regents University in London in 2014 as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in counselling and psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma at the same institution. More recently, I’ve qualified as an Integrative Supervisor with the Minster Centre and successfully trained in Person-Centred and Experiential (PCE) counselling with Metanoia.

I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and meet the requirements for the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

 

Background

As well as working a therapist with the NHS with Anchor Counselling and privately over the last decade, I have also worked as a journalist for over 25 years and lived and worked overseas for around ten years. I'm particularly familiar with Eastern, European and Latin American cultures with a good understanding of Spanish and French.
